30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. All original tags and packaging must be included.

Clearance, final sale, and promotional items may not be eligible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

Return Process

Contact our support team at bverner@unitedlifestylebrands.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, we’ll process an exchange once the original item is returned. Items ship out once the return is inspected and approved. Incorrect or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it immediately at no cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept COD or “return to sender” packages. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items with odors, stains, or pet hair 
  • Final sale items 
  • Customized items (if applicable)
